How to get to Secret Beach ?

Secret Beach is located within the Samuel H. Boardman Scenic Corridor on the Southern Oregon Coast near Brookings, Oregon. Access to the beach requires a short hike and may vary depending on current parking availability and trail conditions.

The primary access points are from the following parking areas:

From either location, visitors can access the Secret Beach Trailhead via a short walk along Highway 101. The hike from the trailhead to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes. The trail is moderately strenuous, with uneven natural terrain that includes rocks, roots, steep sections, and areas of loose footing.

Additional routes through the Samuel H. Boardman Scenic Corridor and along the Oregon Coast Trail provide longer hiking options for those looking to explore more of the coastline.

Cell service is limited throughout the corridor so visitors should plan ahead before arriving and use designated parking areas, as parking along the Highway 101 shoulder is prohibited.
